Notice of Preliminary Results

Midatech (AIM: MTPH, Nasdaq: MTP), the international specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercialising products in oncology and immunotherapy, today announces that it will release its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 on Monday 23 April 2018.

Dr Craig Cook, Chief Executive Officer designate and Nick Robbins-Cherry, Chief Financial Officer will host a presentation for analysts and a conference call at 14:00 BST. Details of the call will be published on the day of the results. The call will be recorded and a replay will be available for 30 days.
