HALMA p.l.c.NOTICE OF HALF-YEARLY RESULTS AND DIVIDEND

The Directors of Halma p.l.c. will hold a meeting on 3 December 2009 to approve the results for the 27 weeks to 3 October 2009 and to declare the interim dividend for the 53 weeks to 3 April 2010.

The Company's half-yearly results will be released on Thursday 3 December 2009.
