Notice of Results

The Directors of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC wish to advise the London Stock Exchange that the Group will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 June 2011 on Tuesday, 6 September 2011.

An Analysts' Presentation will take place on the day at 9.00am and will be held at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London, EC2M 5SY. A dial-in conference facility will also be available, details of which can be obtained on request from Citigate Dewe Rogerson.
