 NOTICE OF RESULTS

HSS Hire Group plc will announce its full year results for the year ended 27 December 2014 for Hampshire Topco Limited, the holding company of the Group prior to its listing on the London Stock Exchange in February 2015, on Monday 20 April 2015.

An analyst presentation, hosted by Chris Davies, Chief Executive Officer and Steve Trowbridge, Chief Financial Officer, will be held at 09.00am on Monday 20 April 2015.

The analyst presentation will be held at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2M 5SY and a dial-in by conference call is available for those unable to attend in person.
