INTERSERVE PLC - NOTICE OF RESULTS

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be released on Thursday, 26 February 2015.

There will be a presentation to analysts to discuss these results at 09.00 am (08.30 am for 09.00 am start) on 26 February 2015 at The Mermaid Conference Centre (Lower River Room), Puddle Dock, Blackfriars, London EC4V 3DB.
