HALMA p.l.c. NOTICE OF HALF-YEARLY RESULTS AND DIVIDEND

The Directors of Halma p.l.c. will hold a meeting on 27 November 2008 to approve the accounts for the 26 weeks to 27 September 2008 and to declare the interim dividend for the year to 28 March 2009.

The Company's half-yearly results will be released on Thursday 27 November 2008.
