Notice of Interim Results - 8 September 2010

Telit Communications PLC, a global leader in machine-to-machine (m2m) communications, will be reporting results for the half year ended 30 June 2010 on Wednesday 8 September 2010. Results are expected to be ahead of market expectations.

On Monday 13 September the Company will host a meeting for analysts, the details of which are as follows:

Time: 9.15am for 9.30am

At the meeting, Oozi Cats (Chief Executive Officer) and Yariv Dafna (Chief Financial Officer) of Telit Communications will present the results, the strategy and future prospects.
