NOTICE OF RESULTS
Air Partner plc ('Air Partner' or 'Group'), the global aviation services group, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2018 on Thursday 25 October 2018, rather than on Thursday 27 September 2018 as previously announced.
The Board has determined that a postponement is appropriate to complete the thorough review of our interim process. The postponement is not related to day-to-day operations or trading. The Board refers shareholders to the Trading Update on 24 August 2018, which stated that the first half of the financial year has traded well with underlying pre-tax profit in line with the Board's expectations and the prior half-year period.
The Group retains a strong net cash position and we will be declaring an interim dividend.
Mark Briffa, CEO of Air Partner, commented: "Due to the changes we are implementing, particularly in systems and personnel, we have chosen to delay the announcement of our interim results by 4 weeks to enable us to progress and complete the remaining tasks. This extra time has no operational or customer impact whatsoever and will both provide firm foundations for our long-term future and enable a swift clean handover from Deloitte to our new auditors ahead of year end. The recent Trading Update provides all stakeholders with detailed insight on our positive current trading performance and I very much look forward to updating the market at the end of October and meeting shareholders with our new CFO Joanne Estell who joined on 10th September."
