VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc ('the Company' or 'ENRG'), managed by Victory Hill Capital Partners LLP ('Victory Hill'), focused on energy infrastructure that is essential for the global transition towards net zero, plans to announce its results for the full year ended 31 December 2025 on Thursday 19th March 2026.

A presentation for sell-side analysts will be held at 9am on the morning of 19th March 2026.
