Notification of Final Results

Waterman Group plc (WTM.L), the engineering and environmental consultant, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2015 on 5 October 2015.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.30am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Broker Profile, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5DE.
