Date of Announcement of 2016 Preliminary Results

and Change of Audit Committee Chair

Huntsworth, the healthcare communications and public relations group, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on 21 March 2017.

The Board of Huntsworth also announces that, due to his other external commitments, Andy Boland has decided to step down as Chair of the Huntsworth Audit Committee (the Committee), and Pat Billingham, another independent non-executive director and an existing member of the Committee, will be appointed in his place. This change will take effect on 22 March 2017. Following the change, Andy Boland will continue to remain a member of the Committee.
