Hyundai Motor Company Record Date: June 30, 2022

 

This notice is to inform you that our record date will be June 30, 2022 to determine the list of

shareholders eligible for interim dividend.

Confirmation of interim dividend, amount, payment date and others will be determined by

the Board of Directors at the upcoming board meeting.

According to the Articles of Incorporation of Hyundai Motor Company, dividends may be paid

to the shareholders who hold the shares at the end of March, June or September from the

commencement of the fiscal year by a resolution of the Board of Directors.
