Notice of Preliminary Results
VPhase plc (AIM:VPHA), a leading developer of energy saving products for residential and commercial properties, will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the six months ended 31 December 2009 on Tuesday, 23 March 2010.
An analyst briefing given by Dr. Lee Juby (Chief Executive Officer), Adrian Hutchings (Executive Chairman) and Richard Smith (Chief Financial Officer) will be held at 09.30 hrs on Tuesday, 23 March 2010 at the office of Abchurch Communications, 16th Floor, 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR.
