NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Equiniti Group Plc ("EQ" or "the Group"), an international technology-led services and payments specialist, announces a revised date for the publication of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2020.

The results will now be published on 1 April 2021, after Equiniti's auditor PwC advised that an additional week would assist it in completing its procedures and address timing constraints arising from the current lockdown.
