The Company announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders regarding the Proposed Placing and Acquisitions, as detailed in the Company's announcement of 24 November 2014, and notice is hereby given that the General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Tavistock Communications, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NT at 4.00 p.m. (London time) on 18 December 2014.
