The Company received notification on February 25, 2014 that Marni M. Walden, Executive Vice President and President - Product and New Business Innovation of the Company, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 8,048 shares of common stock of the Company (the "Shares") on February 25, 2014. Ms. Walden sold the Shares in the United States at an average price of USD 46.31.
