NOTICE OF PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF COVERED BONDS

to the holders of those of the £600,000,000 Series 11 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due April 2023 (ISIN: XS1979287437)

(the Series 11 Covered Bonds)

issued by the Issuer presently outstanding

under the Issuer's €7 billion Global Covered Bond Programme

irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest byLeeds Building Society Covered Bonds Limited Liability Partnership

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Covered Bonds that in accordance with Conditions 6(g) (Purchases) and 6(h) (Cancellation), the Issuer has on 29 September 2022 cancelled £334,369,000 of the Series 11 Covered Bonds it owns (the Cancelled Series 11 Covered Bonds) and has surrendered to the Principal Paying Agent the Cancelled Series 11 Covered Bonds for cancellation.

£265,631,000 of the Series 11 Covered Bonds remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Covered Bonds and in the Final Terms of the Series 11 Covered Bonds dated 9 April 2019.
