Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, RTS and MICEX: NMTP) will be announcing its consolidated financial results under IFRS for the year ended 31 December 2009 on April 22, 2010 at 11:00 am Moscow time (8:00 am GMT, 3:00 am EDT).

The conference call for investors on NCSP Group consolidated financial results under IFRS for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be held on April 22, 2010 at 5:00 pm Moscow time (2:00 pm GMT, 9:00 am EDT).
