Carr's Group PLC ("Carr's" or the "Company")
Notice of Name and TIDM change
Carr's, the agriculture, food and engineering group, confirms that, further to the General Meeting held on 31 March 2015 regarding a change in the Company's name from Carr's Milling Industries PLC to Carr's Group plc, it has today received the certificate of incorporation from Companies House. In addition, Carr's London Stock Exchange TIDM (ticker) will be changed from "CRM.L" to "CARR.L", effective from 8.00 a.m. on 9 April 2015.
