JSC RusHydro announces that Konstantin Bessmertny, Member of the Management Board, increased his shareholding in the Company's share capital from 0.004722% to 0.007871% as of October 9, 2012.

The Company has been notified of the change on October 12, 2012.

Konstantin Bessmertny financed the acquisition of these shares from his own funds.
