JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has been informed that member of the Management Board, Evgeny Gorev, has increased his shareholding in the Company from 0.0043% to 0.0065% as of May 24, 2012.

The Company has been notified of the change May 28, 2012.
