JSC RusHydro announces that Sergey Tsoy, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, acquired 0.003148% of the Company's shares. Mr. Tsoy didn't hold RusHydro's shares before.

Sergey Tsoy financed the acquisition of these shares from his own funds.
