Notice of Interim Results and Change of Registered Office
SpaceandPeople, (AIM: SAL) the experiential marketing and media group, will announce its interim results for the 8 months ended 30 June 2010 on Monday 13 September 2010.
The Company previously announced on 21 May 2010 that it had changed its year end to 31 December from 31 October to align its year end with that of its subsidiary, Retail Profile Holdings Limited, and hence provide cost efficiencies in accounting and audit processes.
The Company also announces that it has changed its registered office with immediate effect to 2nd Floor, 100 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2QD.
