Private & Commercial Finance Group plc, the AIM quoted finance house, will announce its interim results for the six months ending 30th September 2008 on 16th December 2008.
In accordance with the Company's customary practice, a pre-close Trading Update will be issued on 14th October 2008.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 24th October 2008 and Notices dispatched to members on 1st October 2008.
