Notification of Interim Results

Ladbrokes PLC will announce its Interim Results for the half year ended 30 June 2010 on Thursday 5 August 2010.

An analyst presentation will take place at 9.00am at the Deutsche Bank Auditorium, Winchester House, London Wall, EC2N 2DB.

The presentation shall be webcast live - accessible via the corporate website: http://www.ladbrokesplc.com/en/investor-centre.aspx - and the "on demand" webcast will be available later in the day.

There will also be a live conference call facility details of which shall be provided in the statement released that morning.
