Notice of Interim Results

U+I (LSE:UAI), the mixed-use property regeneration specialist, advises that it will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2017 on Wednesday 18 October 2017.

The management team will hold a conference call for analysts and investors on the day of the results. There will be a live audio webcast of the results presentation from 9.00am (UK time), details of which will be accessible via the results announcement which will be found at http://www.uandiplc.com/investors/results-and-presentations/year-2017 on the morning of the results. An archive version will be made available later in the day.
