NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE AN INTERIM DIVIDEND AND ANNOUNCE RESULTS FOR THE HALF-YEAR

On Wednesday 24 March 2010 a committee of the Board is expected to declare an interim dividend on the ordinary share capital and announce the financial results of the Company for the half-year ended 31 January 2010.

Subject to the declaration of a dividend, the 'ex-dividend' date will be 31 March 2010; the record date will be 6 April 2010; and the dividend payment date will be 23 April 2010.
