On 30 January 2014 Lighthouse announced the launch of its Lighthouse Pensions Trust ("LPT") targeting the imminent commencement of automatic enrolment, particularly for UK SMEs, through the Group's Employee Benefits business within Carrwood.
The Group has demonstrated considerable resilience during the pre- and post- Retail Distribution Review period against a backdrop of substantial regulatory and business change. The Group's growth strategy entails operating efficiently through investment in and application of technology investment and risk-rated researched solutions.
The Group aims to increase its relationships with and the benefits it derives from its relationships with affinity groups and professional partners in LFA and Carrwood respectively, Lighthouse operates from its headquarters in London as well as having principal operating offices in Stockport and Woodingdean, near Brighton.
