Cambridge, UK, 29 August 2012: Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L, the "Company"), a leading developer of innovative monitoring and diagnostic devices for the critical care setting, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2012 on Thursday 20 September 2012.
