Notice of Interim Results

Southampton, UK, 17 September 2014: Synairgen plc (LSE: SNG), the respiratory drug discovery and development company, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on Thursday 25 September 2014.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10:30am GMT at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ.
