Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that it has received notification that, following the disposal of 599,800 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2012, Schroders plc had an indirect interest, represented by shares held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients of Schroder Investment Management Limited, in 5,690,568 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.842% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
