Inland ZDP PLC (the "Company")ISIN: GB00B99R1Q79Date: 2 March 2026Notice of Intended Cancellation of ListingInland ZDP PLC (the "Company") announces its intention to cancel the listing of its Zero Dividend Preference Shares of 10p each, fully paid (the "Securities") from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to cancel the admission of the Securities to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market (the "Cancellation").The Securities are currently listed in the Non-equity shares and non-voting equity shares category and are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market (RM) under ISIN GB00B99R1Q79.The Company is in voluntary liquidation, and in light of the winding-up process, the liquidators consider that maintaining the listing of the Securities is no longer necessary or appropriate.In accordance with UKLR 21.2.17R, the Company hereby gives not less than 20 business days' notice of its intention to cancel the listing of the Securities.Subject to the FCA confirming the Cancellation, the listing of the Securities on the Official List and their admission to trading on the Main Market are expected to be cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 30 March 2026.Following the Cancellation, the Securities will no longer be admitted to listing or trading on any recognised investment exchange.Enquiries:Sam [email protected]
