Notice of Initial Substantial Holder
Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or "Company") has been notified via the filing of a Form 603 with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") that Paradice Investment Management Pty Ltd has provided notice of it becoming a substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 1 April 2022, having purchased a total of 44,133,874 ordinary shares, representing 9.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
