Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received the following notification.

Vanguard Precious Metals and Mining Fund has notified the company that it has a relevant interest in 69,515,366 Base Resources ordinary shares, representing 6.34% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue. These shares were issued at A$0.255 per share pursuant to the Base Resources share offer announced on 19 December 2017.
