Notice of IFRS disclosure terms for the year ended 31 December 2018

Moscow, March 15, 2019 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), the operator of Russia's unified electricity transmission grid system, will announce its audited consolidated IFRS financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on Monday, March 18, 2019.
The Company will host an investor and analyst conference call and webcast on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 12:00 UK time (15:00 Moscow).
