NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Stenprop, the UK multi-let industrial ("MLI") property investor listed on both the London and Johannesburg stock exchanges, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2018 on Thursday 22 November 2018.

A Company presentation for analysts (with webinar facility) will be held at 11.00am (UK time) and 1.00pm (SA time) on the day of the results at 1 Cornhill, London EC3V 3ND.
