Consort Medical plc announces that a General Meeting will be held at 10.45 a.m. on Thursday 27 April 2017 at the Company's registered office, Suite D, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 4TZ.

A copy of the Notice of General Meeting will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at www.consortmedical.com

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Notice of General Meeting has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

A hard copy of the Notice of General Meeting has also been sent to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
