Tatneft's Board Approves the Date for Annual Shareholders Meeting

At the meeting held on 27 February 2019 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") set the date and the place of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2018.

The Meeting will be held on 21 June 2019 in the Palace of Culture "Neftche" in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan, starting at 10 a.m. Moscow time with registration open at 8.30 a.m.

The list of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting will be drawn up based on the Company Shareholders Register data as of 27 May 2019.
