Notice of Meeting

Intu Debenture plc has published the Notice of Meeting of holders of £354,876,000 5.562 per cent First Mortgage Debenture Stock due 2027 (the "Stock") to be held on 23 July 2020 at the offices of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London EC2Y 8HQ at 10.00 a.m. (London time).

In light of current government restrictions in place at the time of this announcement, holders of the Stock will not be allowed to attend the Meeting in person and should refer to the Notice of Meeting for further details in connection with participating in the Meeting and/or voting in respect of the Extraordinary Resolution.

The Notice of Meeting which sets out the Extraordinary Resolution being proposed to holders of the Stock and the background to the Extraordinary Resolution can be found at:
