Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement dated 8 June 2016, London Capital Group announces that a general meeting ("GM") will be held at 11.00 am on 30 June 2016 at the Company's offices at 1 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LX. A copy of the notice of GM and proxy form will be available shortly on the Company's website, http://ir.londoncapitalgroup.com, and both documents have now been posted to the Company's shareholders.

Further to the above, the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Director's Report and Auditor's Report thereon (together, the "2015 Annual Report") were published and posted yesterday to shareholders. The 2015 Annual Report has been tabled for consideration at the GM, which is being held immediately following the AGM.
