("City of London" or "the Group") NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
City of London Investment Group plc (AIM: CLIG) announces that it has posted a Circular to shareholders providing notice that a general meeting of the Group will be held at 77 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0AS on 14 July 2010 at 11.30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the proposed move from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as announced on 14 June 2010, and the adoption of the new Articles of Association.
