Notice of General Meeting
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM listed medical diagnostics business, announces that a general meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Harwood Capital LLP, 6 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8LD at 11 a.m. on 19 October 2018 (the "General Meeting") for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving a resolution to approve a distribution of the Company's shareholding in Renalytix AI plc to the Company's shareholders.
A copy of the circular containing the notice convening the General Meeting will be available today on the Company's website, www.ekfdiagnostics.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20 and the Company's articles of association, and it will also be posted to shareholders along with a form of proxy shortly.
