Notice of Circular re Purchase of 50% interest in Pace Cloud Ltd

Papillon Holdings plc, the London listed investment company, is pleased to announce that a circular has been sent to shareholders re the Approval of the acquisition of a 50% of the Share Capital of Pace Cloud Limited, the approval of a related party transaction, the increase of Director authorities to allot Ordinary Shares and a Notice of General Meeting.

The General Meeting is to be held at the offices of DMH Stallard LLP at 6 New Street Square, New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 3BF on 25 November 2019 at 4 pm. The circular has been sent to shareholders and can be viewed on the Company's website at: http://papillonholdingsplc.com.
