Notice of General Meeting
i3 Energy plc, an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the UK, announces that a circular notice of a general meeting of i3 Energy PLC, to be held at WH Ireland, 24 Martin Lane, EC4R 0DR, London, UK on Tuesday 27th February 2018 at 2:00pm (the "General Meeting"), and a related form of proxy for the meeting are today being sent by mail to shareholders. A copy of the circular will also be posted on the Company's website.
