Bovis Homes Group PLC - Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 5 April 2017 advising of the appointment of Greg Fitzgerald as Chief Executive, Bovis Homes Group PLC announces that it is holding a General Meeting at The Spa Hotel, Mount Ephraim, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 8XJ on Tuesday, 2 May 2017 at 2.10 pm or immediately after the conclusion of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (the "General Meeting").

The purpose of the General Meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, approve elements of the remuneration package for Greg Fitzgerald as Chief Executive of Bovis Homes Group PLC.
