30 November 2018 - EN+ GROUP PLC (the "Company" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL) announces that notice of the publication on the Company's website (http://www.enplus.ru/en/investors/egm.html) of a Notice of a General Meeting of the Company (the "GM Notice") has today been dispatched by post to shareholders.

The General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Peninsula Paris, 19 Avenue Kléber, Paris, France, on 20 December 2018 at 10.00 a.m. (Paris time).

The GM Notice has been published and is available at http://www.enplus.ru/en/investors/egm.html together with (for information purposes) a copy of the notice dispatched by post to shareholders referred to above.
