The Board of Sabien announces that the Company has published today a circular to shareholders which contains notice of a General Meeting, to be held at the offices of Peterhouse Capital Limited at 3rd Floor, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE, at 11.00 am on Wednesday 8 January 2020. A copy of the circular and the form of proxy will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.sabien-tech.co.uk.
