Management Consulting Group PLC announces that it has posted to shareholders a circular, containing a notice of a General Meeting ("GM") to be held immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting being held at 1.30 p.m. on 19 April 2011 at the offices of Baker & McKenzie LLP, 100 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6JA. The GM will consider an additional ordinary course resolution to approve the payment of a final dividend.

A copy of the circular and the notice of the GM has been published on the Company's website, www.mcgplc.com, and is also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism today and will be available for inspection or downloading at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
