Notice of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting is to be held at 11.15 a.m. at The Ugly Brown Building, 6a St Pancras Way, London NW1 OTB on 20 June 2013 at 11:15 a.m. or, if later, immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 11:00 a.m. on the same day.

A copy will also shortly be available for inspection via the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism located at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
