NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Scotgold Resources Limited has despatched to its shareholders the Notice for a General Meeting to be held at the Company's offices at 24 Colin Street, West Perth, Western Australia at 5.00 p.m. (WST) on 30 July 2014 (the "Meeting").
